From a single scratched panel to larger sections of the car. We use the PPG refinish system with computerised colour matching to your vehicle's paint code, applied in a heated spray booth and blended into the adjacent panels so the repair does not stand out.

    WhatsApp or e-mail. Photos of the damage from a few angles, plus the VIN or the paint code if you have them to hand.

  2. Get a quote within 24 hours

    On working days. Where the photos allow it, we give you a fixed price. Where they do not, we give you a range and confirm it once the car is in front of us — before any work starts.

  3. Agree a date

    Tell us when you can come. We will tell you honestly how long the car will need to stay with us.

  4. Drop the car off — we drive you on

    Hotel, airport or the main railway station, free of charge. You do not have to arrange a taxi in a city you do not know.

  5. Watch the work happen

    Photos and updates by WhatsApp or e-mail throughout. If anything unexpected turns up, you hear about it before we act on it, not afterwards.

  6. Collection and payment

    Card or bank transfer. VAT-registered businesses in other EU member states are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism where the conditions are met.

Things people ask before they set off

For PDR work on a small number of dents, often not — the car can be ready the same day. Paint repairs need time for the paint to cure, so the car stays with us. We tell you the realistic timeframe when we quote, not after you arrive.

If you are a business registered for VAT in another EU member state and you have a valid VAT ID, the repair can be invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism where the statutory conditions are met. Private individuals are invoiced including Czech VAT. Send us your VAT ID with your enquiry and we will confirm it before you travel.

We will drive you there. Hotel, airport or the main railway station, free of charge. Just tell us in advance where you are heading.

In most standard cases, yes — a properly executed repair leaves no visible trace and the original paint is untouched. The result depends on where the dent is, how sharp it is and whether the paint is cracked. If we do not think PDR will give a clean result on your car, we will say so and quote the alternative instead.

We can produce an AUDATEX damage estimate, which is the calculation system insurers use. How your own insurer handles a repair carried out abroad is between you and them — check with them before you travel.
